Getreadywithmemamma happiness, can you buy it? Well, apparently you can if you buy it in essential oil form šššš¼. This little gift from my mother in law for Thanksgiving, has been keeping me merry all the holiday season long. Iām just rubbing it on my hands after each hand wash and I swear, it makes you happy. Itās the small things, I tell you. Also, Iāve been experimenting with brows and Iāve found my perfect blend for now, with using Macās cork and an Anastasia spoolie, as well as Glossierās boy brow gel in blonde. Not sponsored, hehe definitely not big enough to be sponsored. Seriously, my brows are from my Asian side, and they are dark in color, but have a lot of space in them, so the blonde is working for me. Hint hint, make up companies figure out how to accent Asian brows please, we would love that. Figuring out my brows makes me happy. I also looked down at what it took to create this light, natural, ( minus the lips š) all pink palette look. Dang gurl, when did I become a girl who likes makeup... I love it, though. I do. I remember the day that I was taking care of an adult in a caregiving position and I thought you know what? I need to take care of me to show them that they matter and then we can take care of each other in a way. Itās true, I used to be one of those people who judged makeup wearers. Like, why do they need that to wear it to feel good, they are already beautiful? I also didnāt like how people seemed to put others down for not wearing any. Now, I wear it to feel like Iām caring for myself and that Iām worth caring for and that I showed up in my own story. Itās empowerment, and I can still be a smart, independent woman while wearing it. Life is grand, show up for it on the good and the bad days. One trip around the sun a day; you get one trip a day. Love your life, love you, itās ok, I give you permission.
