Getreadywithmemamma Monday shot. When in doubt, simplify. Modern life can be very complex. We invest a lot of time and money being busy doing all of the things. This isn’t necessarily all bad either. The world needs dedicated folks to make it go round. It seems like I didn’t get the memo on don’t start a small practice around the holidays. I’m working out some business details for the next two weeks and then I’m off for the holidays to be ramped back up in January. It honestly hasn’t really felt like work and I know that people say that all of the time, but I’m made for collaboration and community so setting up a grassroots practice and online platform is the most that I’ve ever felt at home at work. That and I get to balance it with family. This really isn’t the easiest always, but I’m finding that creating and keeping my boundaries with my work and family has created peace. I also have really settled into my life being more of a fluid act of service that connects the two worlds more naturally. Like everyday, when I spend time finding balance in my own home I’m literally doing my homework for work. If I try out a technique, or a product I’m also cataloging it for my Mamma tribe. Today, after using some Mrs. Meyer’s ( not sponsored 🤓) Iowa Pine all purpose spray to clean my kitchen I laid down with Natalie while big brother did Quite time/ naptime and slumbered beneath the tree. The slow moments are just as important as the fast moments. Enjoy your life, it’s your one truly magnificent and amazing trip around the sun that is yours to live. 🎄🤓⛄️🙌🏼❤️💕💗🎁
